The new venue proved a success with the Dutch Spotted sale maintaining a steady trade throughout. An excellent show of stock was offered by vendors and bidders were keen to test the luck of the Irish.
Emma Allen topped the sale with her ram lamb, Diamond Felix, who sold for 3000gns. Sired by Carlaustan Extrovert, Felix finds his new home with Mr Stephen Fee.
Mr S Killen received second top price for his Myreside Elite ewe lamb, Ballintur Flavour, who sold for 2700gns to David Kilpatrick.
2200gns was reached twice by Russell Millen. First for Knockmult Fairytale, a Myreside Elite ewe lamb who sold to Adam Donald, and then for Knockmult Frampton. Also bred by Myreside Elite, this ram lamb was purchased by Henry Jewitt.
Finally, Adam Donalds second prize ram lamb from Balmoral Show sold to Kyle Henning for 2100gns.
