Diana is on Tiptop form for the Dutch Spotted debut at the Royal Highland Show

Female Champion, Overall Champion & Reserve Interbreed Champion Tiptop Diana Male Champion & Reserve Overall Champion, Import Dutchman Interbreed Pairs Champions, Tiptop Diana & Import Dutchman Reserve Female Champion, 2nd prize ewe over one shear, Lochlad Ellie Reserve Male Champion, Tiptop Falcor

The 200^th Anniversary for the Royal Highland Show saw the first ever breed classes for the Dutch Spotted, and with over 100 sheep forward across four classes, first impressions were made to count.

Judged under the expert eye of Brian Davies, Ty-Gwyn, it was Ali Jacksons ewe over one shear, Tiptop Diana, who was crowned overall champion. Diana is sired by Tiptop Charlie and out of an Imported Ewe, IM0319. This outstanding female went on to be crowned Reserve Interbreed Champion.

Reserve Breed Champion, and Male Champion was again awarded to Ali Jackson, this time to the imported ram Dutchman.

Together, Diana & Dutchman were crowned Interbreed Pairs Champions.

Reserve Male Champion was awarded to Tiptop Falcor, also bred by Ali Jackson. Sired by Tiptop Ed and his dam is Tiptop Dancing Queen.

Reserve Female Champion went to the 2^nd prize ewe over one shear, Lochlad Ellie. A shearling gimmer bred by Pam & Andrew Parker, Lochlad. Ellies dam is Import Bethany and she is sired by Import Avalanche.

1^st place was awarded to G Stanford & A Mitchell with Spruit Florentine. Sired by Spruit ‘Ercule Poirot and out of Import Cilla.
